Location: East of England, Bedfordshire, Bedford
Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective maths and English lessons to students
* Assess students' learning needs and develop tailored teaching strategies
* Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress
* Monitor and track student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Mathematics, English, or a related field
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, English, or a related field
Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience teaching maths and English
* Experience working with students of varying abilities
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent understanding of the national curriculum for maths and English
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
* Effective classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience in tutoring or mentoring students
