Business Manager – Epsom, Hybrid
Job Description: Pay Range £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + uncapped commission.

Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of recruitment consultants.
* Run and contribute to a 360‑recruitment desk.
* Drive business growth across multiple specialisms.
* Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
* Expand market share across the Surrey region.
* Create a high‑performance culture focused on delivery, quality and development.
* Work collaboratively across specialisms with no siloed structure.
* Explore new markets and opportunities to grow revenue.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a 360 recruiter.
* Management experience or clear ambition to step into leadership.
* Strong commercial mindset and business development capability.
* Motivating and hands‑on approach to coaching and developing others.
* Ambition to build and grow a high‑performing team.
* Adaptable and open‑minded, with ability to work across multiple specialisms.
