We are seeking experienced, credible Branch Managers who thrive in busy environments, lead from the front, and aren’t afraid to roll their sleeves up. This is not a hands-off position — you’ll be visible, engaged, and comfortable setting standards through action.
You will be predominantly office-based and highly operational, with responsibility for overseeing people, processes, and performance while maintaining momentum and results in a demanding, fast-moving office.
The Package:
* £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary ( DOE ) + £50,000 – £60,000 OTE
* Monday – Friday 08:45 – 17:00 + alternate Saturdays (with time off in lieu)
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
The Branch Management Role:
* Oversee day-to-day branch operations
* Pick up phones, support the frontline team, and lead by example
* Conduct 1-to-1s, performance reviews, and KPI management
* Manage sales pipelines through to point of completion
* Discuss price reductions and marketing strategies with vendors
* Coordinate with marketing and support teams on property launches
* Maintain momentum in a very busy, high-energy office environment
The Person:
* Proven experience in residential sales and branch/team management
* Calm, professional, and credible under pressure
* Strong communicator with clients and internal teams
* Proactive multitasker who lives the do as I do, not as I say mindset
* Full UK driving licence required
