Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its busy and well‑regarded Commercial Property team. The role offers flexibility on location, with opportunities available across their various Merseyside offices.
You will manage a varied and high‑quality commercial property caseload from instruction through to post‑completion, supported by an experienced legal and administrative team.
Key Responsibilities;
* Managing a full commercial property caseload, including:
* Sales and purchases
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Refinancing transactions
* Running matters from onboarding through to completion
* Ensuring files are managed accurately and in line with regulatory and internal compliance standards
About You;
* 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
* Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
* The ability to work independently with a proactive and self‑motivated attitude
