Reservation Supervisor
£14.25 per hour Plus £2-£3 per hour service charge/tips.
We are looking for an experienced Reservations Supervisor who can focus on maximising restaurant revenues by updating, monitoring reservation systems for all venues.
The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone communication skill and s ales driven attitude.
What we can offer the successful Reservation Supervisor candidate:
Rate:£14.25 per hourPlus £2-3 per hour in service charge/tips.
28 days holiday (pro rata from starting date).
30/35 hours.
4/5 days work.
Shift are: Monday to Saturday 10am until 9pm - Sunday 11am until 5pm.

Qualification and Skills
Experience: Usually 1-2 years of experience in restaurant/hotel reservations or a supervisory role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for guest and other correspondence.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opentable -Avenista ) and Microsoft Office
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Booking Handling: Manage simple, complex, group, andVIP bookings, ensuring high accuracy in profile creation and booking details.
Revenue & Table Management: Maximise restaurant revenue by setting, updating, and monitoring table availabilities in reservation system.
Customer Service & Sales: Handle and liaise with General managers inquiries, complaints, and requests, while actively collaborating with management to drive revenue.
