Job Title: PCV Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs and MOT preparation on Coaches and Buses.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues including use of Texa
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions
- Install, assemble, and test new equipment or components
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Follow safety protocols
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
PCV license desirable, but training can be given.
