The Job You’ll get to support the daily running of our restaurant concept for Margate, Pearly Cow. You’ll get to train your teams in the way that you see fit. Whilst sourcing the best produce from the best local suppliers around and use them to create dishes that inspire wonder. You love fine dining as much as you love a good burger- and take pride in cooking to either to perfection. You understand seasonality and sustainability in the kitchen. You understand what British produce is all about, and love to present the most beautiful plates around. You’ll also have a good understanding of the Margate food scene. You understand how the kitchen works, from top to bottom. And most of all- you love your team- you know how to train, motivate and lead by example. You are hands on and love spending your time in the kitchen, not in front of a computer. Salary: 35k Start date: ASAP
