We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our Supply Chain team to be based between our brand-new site in Heywood and at our Distribution Centre in Shaw.
Shifts: This role will be split between the two sites and shifts will be between Monday – Sunday operating within the hours of 6am – 4:00pm. You’ll need to be flexible with start and finish times and be able to support the business with overtime when required.

What will you do as a Team Leader at N Brown?
11. You’ll lead, support, motivate, train, develop and performance manage the Supply Chain Operational colleagues in your team to ensure Operational objectives are met through effective management.
12. You’ll be responsible for your teams time and attendance making any required adjustments via our People Portal and managing colleagues inline with policies and procedures.
13. You’ll provide operational delivery of all Health & Safety measures and housekeeping requirements ensuring a safe and clean environment for all colleagues and visitors across the sites.
14. You’ll ensure that all Kit is well maintained reporting any known or observed faults and demonstrate control of MHE management systems. You’ll demonstrate control of the environment and facilities via agility reporting tools.
15. You’ll achieve all production SLA’s ensuring the most cost effective use of resource and services. Respond to adjustments in production plans and assign resource accordingly.
16. Demonstrate company values building an engaged working environment utilizing union, vibe, online/onsite committee's and global forums. Displaying honesty & integrity giving others feedback on behaviour’s.
17. To role model our core behaviours and be an advocate for our culture.
18. To be multiskilled to manage several departments outside of your main department, and work across multiple sites. This role will see you rota and work between Heywood and Shaw sites with rotational patterns set and agreed in advance by your reporting lines.
19. To identify process improvements and present to the management team and then support implementation to ensure the logistics operation is efficient and flexible to meet our customer demands.
What skills and experience will you have?
20. You’ll have a proven track record of management within warehousing and distribution
21. You’ll be able to manage your time effectively to deliver required tasks and be flexible to support business needs.

23. You’ll be open and honest in your communications with all colleagues.
24. You will ask questions without fear to ensure you have a full understanding of the requirements of the task.
