Position: Support Worker
Location: St Leonards, Hastings
Contract Type: Part-time (3-4 afternoon shifts per week)
Shifts: 10am-4pm or 12pm-4pm
* Week 1 Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12pm-4pm & Saturday/Sunday 10am-4pm
* Week 2 Tuesday, Thursday 12pm-4pm & Saturday/Sunday 10am-4pm
Who We're Looking For:
* Male Support Workers: Due to the nature of the role, we require male support workers to meet genuine occupational requirements for this client.
* Drivers: A valid driver's license and access to a car is essential, as you'll be helping our client explore the community and enjoy new experiences.
About the Role:
We're looking for an outgoing, energetic, and spontaneous Support Worker to support a 16-year-old boy with autism, ADHD, non-verbal, anxiety, OCD, and challenging behaviors. This role offers a unique opportunity to help him thrive both at home and in the community.
