We're expanding We are a well established caravan dealership and as part of our growth, we're launching a brand-new division focused on Mobile caravan servicing and repairs. With an established reputation for excellence in buying, selling and caravan servicing, we're now bringing our trusted expertise directly to our customers' doorsteps.
We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Mobile Caravan Service Technician to be a key part of this exciting new venture.
Starting In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Duties
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
* Diagnose issues and perform troubleshooting to identify faults.
* Install new equipment and ensure proper functionality.
* Provide technical support and guidance to customers, both on-site and remotely.
* Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs and maintenance performed.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing duties.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is required.
* Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, gas and plumbing systems.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A valid driving licence.
* Relevant certifications or training in technical fields would be beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
