Office and Onboarding Coordinator
1. Location: Keele, Staffordshire
2. Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Can be worked over 4 or 5 days per week.
3. Salary: £24, + up to 5% bonus
4. Duration: 9 months (FTC)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Office and Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at Adecco's Career Centre (ACC). As the Office and Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day functioning of our Keele office, while also spearheading the onboarding process for new hires. You will drive a positive and inclusive office culture by organising office events, promote celebration and recognition, and charity fundraising activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration
6. Managing centralised Email inbox.
7. Administration rights for Internal Testing system.
8. Coordinating Parking passes and Visitor access.
9. Act as central contact point for ACC.
10. Reporting business support updates within the ACC.
11. Onboarding any internal ACC Colleagues.
Office coordination
12. Ordering Office Equipment.
13. Managing Invoices and office stock.
14. Room bookings and Desk Bookings.
15. Maintenance of Access passes.
16. Managing returns of laptops.
17. Promoting Office engagement and inclusion.
Health and Safety:
18. Completing H&S audits.
19. Organising fire marshal, first aid, evac chair cover and training.
20. Working alongside facilities to report and schedule building repairs and maintenance.
Social & communications
21. Managing internal recognition communications.
22. Promoting Events within the ACC and wider Adecco Group.
23. Updating ACC Social Platforms.
24. Engaging with charity partners and organising fundraising events.
25. Supporting with webinars and town halls.
Events management
26. Booking venues & arranging entertainment/food/drink.
27. Preparing the office.
28. Welcoming and looking after office visitors (local & global).
Skills & Experience:
Required
29. Previous experience working in a busy and vibrant office.
30. Experienced in Business Support tasks.
31. Comfortable using Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
32. Clear written and spoken communication skills.
33. Excellent organisational skills.
34. A passion for developing an inclusive and dynamic office culture.
35. An eye for detail and a creative flair.

38. Prior experience conduction H&S Audits.
