About the Role
Beckside Machinery is looking for a skilled Agricultural Mechanic / ATV & UTV Technician to join our experienced workshop team. This is a hands-on role working primarily in our workshop, with occasional visits to customer sites for repairs. The role offers variety, working on Compact Tractors, ATVs, and UTVs, including building new vehicles, servicing, and diagnosing both electrical and hydraulic systems.
As part of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service and quality our customers expect, while developing your skills across a range of machinery and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out repair, servicing, and maintenance on compact tractors, ATVs, and UTVs
* Assemble and build new vehicles and attachments
* Perform diagnostics and testing, including both electrical and hydraulic systems
* Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently and safely
* Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output
* Occasionally travel to customer sites for on-site repairs and support
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
About You
We are seeking independent, driven individuals who take pride in their work, with strong practical experience and excellent diagnostic skills. You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively to support colleagues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Attributes:
* Minimum 5 years relevant mechanical experience
* Broad experience across compact tractors, ATVs, and UTVs
* Ability to work with electrical and hydraulic systems
* Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
* Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
* Local to Market Rasen / North Lincolnshire
* UK driving licence
