Senior Finance Business Partner
Location: Leeds (hybrid working)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver clear, robust value‑add reporting and commercial insights to the Operations team.
* Provide commercial advice and analysis to support strategic direction and facilitate profitable growth.
* Model complex problems and business scenarios, communicating findings through compelling storytelling.
* Influence and challenge decision‑making to improve performance and risk management.
* Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, balancing competing demands and tight timescales.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
* Minimum of 3–5 years in a commercial finance partner role.
* Experience in FMCG, multisite, distribution, logistics, supply chain or retail sectors.
* Strong analytical skills, business‑partnering and influencing abilities.
* Proven track record of driving improvement and value add across a business.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Creative problem‑solver able to operate under pressure and manage own priorities.
* Business acumen and the capacity to view the ‘big picture’ while attending to detail.
