Pay: £17.00 - £18.00 per hour
Hours: 37 per week, Monday - Friday

On behalf of our client, a specialist manufacturer based in Heywood, we are recruiting an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role with competitive pay and benefits.
Role Overview
You will work on the fabrication of thin gauge stainless steel (1.2mm - 3mm), supporting production and quality control within a busy manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
* Carry out TIG welding and fabrication on stainless steel
* Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
* Maintain welding equipment and ensure safety standards are met
* Work to production schedules while maintaining quality
* Support quality control and inspections
* Use management systems to track jobs efficiently
* Adhere to company policies and procedures
* Assist with other duties as required
Requirements
* Proven TIG welding and fabrication experience, particularly with thin gauge stainless steel
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
