The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Head of Automotive to drive and deliver our next stage of growth.
In this role, you’ll build and scale strategic partnerships with Fleet Operators, CPOs, Vehicle OEMs, Dealerships, and SaaS partners. You’ll own the full journey - from prospecting new partners to onboarding and managing long-term relationships. You’ll play a critical role in expanding Easee’s footprint and accelerating electrification across key sectors.
What you’ll do:
* Source new partners: Build and manage a strong pipeline across fleets, CPOs, OEMs, and SaaS. Leverage CRM, current EV landscape trends, data to understand and strategically target the market.
* Lead onboarding: Ensure a smooth, positive transition from signed deal to active partner, collaborating across departments to set the account up for optimal success.
* Grow key accounts: Deepen relationships, address pain points, expand accounts, and stay close to evolving client needs.
* Collaborate internally: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to deliver a high standard of client experiences.
* Own the numbers: Track performance against KPIs and report on business impact.
1. What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of business development or sales experience in EV charging, energy, tech, or automotive sectors.
* Deep understanding of the EV landscape and electric mobility trends.
* Proven ability to build and manage full sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure.
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Highly self-motivated, self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset.
* Track record of fully leveraging CRM data to build and inform strategy
* Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Logistics
This will be a majority on site role with the expectation to spend 1-2 days a week in our London (Monument) office and the rest to be spent with clients.
