Are you an experienced leader in the motor industry looking for your next challenge? Eden Tyres & Servicing is recruiting a talented Garage Manager to lead our busy, modern garage in Market Harborough.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a well-equipped workshop, complete with the latest technology, while working for a trusted, family-run company that puts people and service first.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Market Harborough branch
* Leading and motivating a small team to deliver outstanding results
* Driving branch performance and achieving sales targets
* Ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service
* Building strong, positive relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone
What We’re Looking For
* Previous management experience in the motor industry, ideally in a fast-fit or garage environment
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
* Confident communicator with excellent people skills
* Full UK driving licence

Working Hours
* Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
* Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm (one Saturday off per month)
