1. Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) – £29,300
2. Room Leader – £31,300
3. Deputy Manager – £32,000
4. Nursery Manager – Up to £36,000
Key Responsibilities
5. Deliver high-quality care and early years education
6. Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
7. Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
8. Maintain safeguarding and EYFS standards
9. (Senior roles) Lead teams and support nursery operations

10. Relevant early years qualification (Level 3 or above where required)
11. Passion for working with children
