Job Responsibilities/Objectives To supervise and coordinate civil engineering works (e.g. excavation, ducting, reinstatement) for fibre network installations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to required standards. Supervise civils teams (direct and subcontracted) on-site. Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations (e.g. NRSWA). Carry out site inspections and audits. Report issues, delays, and progress to management. Monitor progress and quality of excavation, ducting, and reinstatement. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Proven track record in civils work (preferably within telecoms/fibre) Valid NRSWA Supervisor ticket or NRSWA Understanding of CDM Regulations and street works.
