Skiworld are currently recruiting for an Overseas Recruitment Assistant to join our Recruitment team based at the London head office.
You’ll be mainly involved in the recruitment of all overseas ski season staff, with particular responsibility for recruiting chalet staff. This will include screening and interviewing candidates, as well as assisting with all subsequent correspondence and logistics.
In addition, the role provides support to the HR department in an administrative capacity to ensure the efficient day to day running of the department. These duties include responding to enquiries, managing some staff communication platforms and coordinating travel arrangements.
The ideal candidate possesses:
* A genuine interest in people, their motives and behaviour
* High level of organisation
* Ability to come up with ideas for development and improvement
* A fair, consistent and logical approach to decisions
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Sound knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Previous experience of working a season in a ski resort for a tour operator
