Your Role and Responsibilities
As our SENDCO, you will:
* Manage SEND Provision: Ensure that our SEND provision is both efficient and effective.
* Provide Guidance: Offer professional insights in the area of SEND to secure high-quality teaching.
* Monitor Progress: Track objectives and targets for pupils with SEND, evaluating teaching effectiveness to drive improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* Qualified Teacher Status: A commitment to ongoing professional development in SEND.
* Experience: Proven ability as an excellent classroom teacher and experience working with parents to support SEND children.
* Knowledge: A thorough understanding of statutory regulations related to SEND and equality, along with experience collaborating with external agencies.
