Academics are working in partnership with a fantastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Erdington who are seeking a Primary SEN Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis until July 2026. As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will: Teach and nurture a small class of primary-aged pupils with complex learning needs. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that promote communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing. Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to provide a holistic approach to learning. Use a range of communication and sensory strategies (e.g. PECS, Makaton, AAC) to support engagement and progress. Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.Academics are looking for someone who: Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
