We’re looking for an experienced leader to oversee the Derbyshire Independent Living Service, ensuring it remains a safe, supportive, and high‑quality service for the people we support.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of Service Coordinators and Support Workers.
* Ensure compliance with service specifications, safeguarding, and risk management procedures.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with local agencies and stakeholders.
* Drive quality improvement through effective supervision, performance monitoring, and reporting.
* Champion equality, diversity, and the involvement of people who use our services.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing services and teams in housing, care, or support settings.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of supported housing, social care, and/or homelessness services.
* Ability to manage risk, drive improvement, and work collaboratively.
* Flexibility to travel across Derbyshire.
