We are looking for a confident and capable Business Administrator for our innovative employment and learning support service - The Greater Manchester Education, Training and Employment Service (GM ETE). Our delivery supports the Probation Service’s service users into quality learning and employment opportunities. The Business Administrator will support the Service Manager, Team Leaders and Key Workers with all aspects of quality assurance, compliance monitoring and administration to contribute towards an efficient and quality service. We are seeking a proactive individual who is a good communicator and able to connect with others to achieve the best results. You must be able to take initiative and work at a fast pace. Recording accurate information and experience of using databases to support project delivery is a vital part of the job. You should have a strong eye for detail and be comfortable working with IT systems such as MS Word, Excel and a range of case management systems. We will provide all training needed to perform the job and support you to get established in the role.
