F&B Brand Campaign Executive
Location: Whitbread Court, Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire (hybrid, minimum 3 days a week)
Contract: Full‑Time and Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000 pa (for the right experience)
What You’ll Do
* You will ensure all campaign activities align with the Premier Inn and Restaurant brand frameworks, spanning the entire customer journey and across various channels. This involves close collaboration with all key stakeholders including the Premier Inn Brand & Marketing team to ensure successful campaign execution.
* You’ll be responsible for consistency and accuracy of execution of all materials including menus, POS and other marketing collateral throughout the guest journey.
* You’ll be responsible for the briefing of site based internal communications and till briefs.
* Beyond functional responsibilities, to be a key member of an effective team galvanising the organisation behind shared goals, facilitating collaborative working relationships and great communication across departments, and developing successful and motivated teams.
What We Need
* Proven track record of successful delivery/support of campaigns - planning, execution, agency management & post-event analysis.
* Able to analyse and interrogate multiple sources of information to deliver an outcome with excellent attention to detail.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
