RG Consultancy are currently supporting an excellent manufacturing company in their search for an experienced Transactional Finance Manager. This candidate will be responsible for the full sales ledger function and be responsible for 3 members within the team.
Duties will include the following:
* Prepare and process invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
* Maintain and update customer and order records within financial systems.
* Support inter company transactions and perform reconciliations as required.
* Carry out regular revenue and tax reconciliations.
* Oversee and manage the Sales Ledger function
* Ensure the accurate reporting to the accountant periodically and year end
* Ensure the sales ledger invoices are processed, queried and reconciled
* Responsible for the forward planning, deadline settings and ensure team are adhering to and achieving these
* Process invoices, payments and customer related queries
* Raising credits
* Any adhoc duties to support the Sales Ledger/Credit Control function as required
* Oversee credit control activities and follow up on overdue accounts.
* Resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies to support smooth cash flow.
