Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief of Staff at SaaScend. The Chief of Staff will work closely with leadership to align strategic priorities, enhance operational efficiencies, and drive company initiatives. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional collaboration, streamlining processes, preparing executive-level communications, and ensuring projects are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives. The role also requires managing the flow of information and acting as a key point of contact for key stakeholders, both internal and external.


Responsibilities

1. ELT Leverage & Strategic Execution

- Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team on key initiatives

- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and track execution

- Prepare materials for executive meetings, client conversations, and strategic decisions

- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution



2. Operational Excellence

- Own and optimize internal operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly rhythms)

- Drive accountability across teams using tools like Jira, Asana, and Notion

- Improve internal processes across delivery, sales, and client management

- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for business performance



3. Project & Initiative Management

- Lead cross-functional initiatives (e.g., new service lines, tooling rollouts, internal transformation projects)

- Ensure projects are scoped, tracked, and delivered on time

- Coordinate between Lead Consultants, Associate Consultants, and external stakeholders



4. Client & Delivery Oversight

- Support high-value client engagements by ensuring internal alignment and execution

- Review call recordings (e.g., Avoma), extract actions, and ensure follow-through

- Help standardize delivery frameworks and playbooks across engagements



5. Team Enablement & Communication

- Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and priorities across the team

- Improve documentation, SOPs, and internal knowledge sharing

- Act as a communication bridge between the Executive Leadership Team and delivery teams


Qualifications

* Strategic Planning, Prioritization, and Project Management skills
* Exceptional Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Leadership skills
* Data Analysis and Business Insight capabilities
* Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement expertise
* Ability to adapt and work independently in a remote environment
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Experience in revenue operations, sales, or marketing operations
* Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
