About The Role

Main Responsibilities:
9. Manage and track stock orders for the Field Team, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
10. Verify and process invoices for payment.
11. Maintain proactive communication and provide solutions to support the Field Team.
12. Identify and report process issues affecting the customer journey, recommending improvements.
13. Log and share product feedback from the Field Team with key stakeholders.
14. Communicate with installers for updates and customer installation surveys.
15. Record IT, PPE, and equipment requirements for Field Teams and installers.
16. Monitor and report installer performance, audits, and FIRA visits.
17. Manage FIM chargebacks, SLA adherence, and appeal requests.
18. Oversee installer investigations and provide performance feedback to stakeholders.
19. Arrange accommodation and raise purchase orders as needed.
20. Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

21. Experience in kitchen installations is desirable but not essential.
22. Maintain an efficient, organised approach to all tasks whilst ensuring a world class level of customer experience.
23. Passionate with the ability to take ownership of your own work, and confidently resolve issues where required.
24. Ability to effectively organise and prioritise your work.
25. Ability to multitask along with effective diary management
26. Experience with Microsoft packages.
