The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Will Writer to join our team. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be guiding clients through sensitive and important decisions about their future planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting clients (in person and/or remotely) to discuss their needs and explain available options.
* Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney in line with clients' instructions.
* Providing clear, professional, and empathetic guidance throughout the process.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is compliant.
* Building strong, trusting relationships with clients.
About You:
* Excellent communication and people skills – approachable, empathetic, and professional.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
* Previous experience in Will Writing and LPAs is highly desirable, but not essential – full training can be provided for the right candidate.
* Ability to manage your own workload and work independently as well as part of a team.
* A genuine interest in helping clients plan and protect their future.

Pay: £24,420.00-£60,344.00 per year
