Job Title: Production Analyst

Salary: From £36.9k DOE + Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and deliver the month-end production process
2. Provide technical support for operational reporting and ad-hoc analytics
3. Design and support testing solutions for enterprise projects, including data analytics testing
4. Work with data from various systems to create datasets for loading into Data Warehouses or Datamarts
5. Act as the technical liaison between Data Operations and Voice Analytics teams, integrating voice and claims data where possible
6. Maintain and update documentation such as service catalogues, data dictionaries, and operation manuals
7. Manage relationships with UKI D&A teams and internal stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience with industry-standard tools and complex datamarts/datasets
2. Healthcare and finance data experience is advantageous
3. Proficiency in database programming languages
4. Experience with RDMS like Oracle or SQL Server, and cloud platforms like Snowflake
5. Knowledge of SQL dialects (T-SQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL) and SAS
6. Voice data experience is a plus
7. Experience with process change and output reconciliation
8. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
9. Ability to work independently and in team environments, flexible in activities
