This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to play a key role in the growth of a well-established regional firm in Sheffield.
This role offers the chance to step into an already strong and busy department handling high-quality probate work.
Who we’re looking for
4. 10+ years’ Private Client experience
5. Strong probate and estate administration background
6. Proven billing track record
7. Supervisory experience
8. Experience in business development and referrer growth
9. Commercially aware, collaborative and hands-on
10. Trusts and/or Court of Protection experience (Desired)
11. STEP qualified (Desired)
12. Experience dealing with HNW clients (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
13. Managing your own probate-heavy caseload (wills & LPAs included)
14. Supporting and supervising junior team members
15. Building internal referral relationships with property, litigation and corporate teams
16. Developing relationships with IFAs, accountants and other local referrers
17. Contributing to the strategic growth of the department
18. Leading an established probate-focused team
19. Taking pressure off senior leadership across multiple offices
20. Building a strong leadership presence
Over time, there is scope to develop lifetime planning, Trusts and Court of Protection capability and to play a meaningful role in long-term succession planning.
