We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality & VM Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations at Restaurant Associates on a full‑time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Shift Pattern
* Mon: Full‑time (Days)
* Tues: Full‑time (Days)
* Weds: Full‑time (Days)
* Thurs: Full‑time (Days)
* Fri: Full‑time (Days)
* Sat: Sun: (flexible – bring your spark)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead hospitality operations at a prestigious independent school and collaborate with the GM on key events.
* Work with the executive chef to ensure costings are accurate and the menu offer is suitable.
* Coordinate with admin to produce accurate weekly/monthly event sheets for production and end‑of‑month billing.
* Plan staffing needs, rota and overtime requirements, and communicate with the casual labour team for coverage.
* Maintain repeat bookings (e.g., morning coffee to the headmaster).
* Perform hospitality stock‑takes and maintain hospitality stores and prep areas.
* Ensure all food safety processes are in place and followed, including transport records and packed lunch hand‑overs.
Qualifications & Skills
* Passionate about great‑tasting food and exceptional customer service.
* Minimum of two years of catering experience.
* Experience managing teams in a similar role.
* Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ambitious and motivated, always looking to upskill.
