Role Overview A growing commercial office design & build fit‑out contractor is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to generate new opportunities and drive early‑stage client engagement. The role centres on high‑energy outbound calling, relationship building, and securing meetings with key decision‑makers across landlords, tenants, agents, workspace consultants, and project influencers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys speaking to new people, and is motivated by targets, pipeline growth, and commission. Key Responsibilities Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective clients, agents, and commercial property contacts. Identify and qualify new business leads within the office fit‑out and refurbishment market. Secure meetings for senior leadership, project directors, and the wider BD team. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and follow‑up schedules. Research companies, lease events, relocations, and refurbishment triggers to uncover opportunities.
