Funeral Plan Coordinator Role
As a Funeral Plan Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping families plan and arrange their loved ones' funerals. This is a unique opportunity to work with clients who are going through a difficult time and provide them with expert guidance and support.
You will be the first point of contact for funeral plans and will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships will enable you to provide outstanding client experience and help clients make informed decisions about their funeral arrangements.
In this role, you will have the autonomy to manage your own diary and schedule appointments with clients. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records and ensuring that all client documentation is managed safely and securely.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has excellent customer service skills and is able to work independently. You will need to have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle as you will be required to travel to meet clients across your region.
