Pentagon Recruitment Ltd are working closely with a well-established Law firm who have offices across Merseyside. They are looking for a highly experienced Property Conveyancing Solicitor.
This firm is looking for a diligent, confident, driven and experienced solicitor. You will work closely with the head of department and company partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the department and will manage a varied caseload to include divorce, separation agreements, domestic violence, financial disputes, nuptial agreements, children matters and care proceedings. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the supervision and training of the junior members of your team.
Requirements:
* You will be a Property Conveyancer with at least 2+ Years PQE.
* Extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property conveyancer
* Great technical knowledge.
* Able to manage a caseload from instruction to completion.
* Risk management skills.
* Team player who thrives in a busy environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary is competitive. £35,00 to £45,000 (DOE)
