About the Role

Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work across various teams throughout our resort. Your mission? To support our guests and ensure they have an unforgettable experience during their stay!
As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week, you’ll explore different areas such as:
* Sports & Activities
* Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
* Bars & Shops
* Fairground
* Buffets
And who knows? You might find yourself working in more than one area at a time!
If you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:
* FA Level 1 Football
* Archery GB ERCA
* High Ropes
* NCPLH Personal License
About You
We’re searching for spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning and collaborating with a dynamic team. Previous experience isn’t a must; what matters most is your attitude, mindset, and passion for making a difference in our guests’ lives.

No experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need to build your confidence in every aspect of your role. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and have a buddy to guide you through your learning journey.
Every day will bring something new, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside different team members and guests. You’ll engage with guests and be part of a team eager to enhance their hospitality skills.
If you’re eyeing a career with Butlin’s, this role is your gateway to gaining hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas. Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be 18 or older to apply. Plus, live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating!
