The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you'll manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours — directly impacting your earnings. This role allows you to grow your own estate agency business in your familiar area, handling prospecting, valuations, and negotiations.
You'll receive support from Nested’s marketing team for activities like door knocking, direct mail, flyers, or local ads. You’ll manage client relationships from start to finish, supported by our smart selling app and in-house team.
The compensation structure is designed to reward your effort and skill, starting at 75% of revenue and increasing up to 100%, giving you significant earning potential.

Requirements
* 5-10 years of top-tier experience in residential property valuation, business development, sales, and customer satisfaction in Liverpool.
* Strong strategic skills, including managing marketing budgets, lead generation, and building a local valuation pipeline.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a high work ethic. Self-employment requires proactive effort; if clients don’t sell, you don’t earn.
* Deep knowledge of the local area, including amenities, schools, and hotspots.
* Alignment with Nested values and a customer-centric approach that prioritizes client outcomes and experiences.
* Social media skills are a plus; enthusiasm for personal branding and community engagement is expected.
