The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, operational role responsible for running the day-to-day learning and reporting systems across a major project site.
You will ensure that all incidents, observations, and learning are captured, reviewed, and translated into actionable improvements, supporting both compliance and operational performance.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage the incident and observation reporting system (e.g. Insight)
* Lead screening meetings to review and assess reported events.
* Ensure corrective actions are tracked and completed effectively.
* Analyse data and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Produce reports, KPIs, and meeting packs.
* Support and manage a team of coordinators.
* Deliver training and guidance on reporting processes.
* Engage with stakeholders across engineering, HSE, and project teams.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* HSE / Engineering / Construction / Infrastructure
Experience with:
* Incident reporting systems
* Data analysis, KPIs, and reporting
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Experience in a fast-paced, site-based environment
* Supervisor or team leadership experience
Desirable:
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
* Experience within a regulated industry (nuclear, rail, oil & gas, defence)
* Knowledge of root cause analysis and investigation processes
