Our eCommerce arm is shipping our highly bioavailable supplements to 70+ countries and we are currently looking for a superstar eCommerce Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. We are improving people's health on a daily basis and have tens of thousands of happy customers all around the world.
NMN Bio is looking for a tech savvy eCom Lifecycle Marketing Manager, with sound knowledge of digital marketing and experience in lifecycle marketing. Prior experience or personal interest in the health & wellness space and graphic design skills are a plus.
Key duties and responsibilities
* Be accountable for online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing and reporting
* Propose and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance and topline revenue in line with monthly KPIs. Directly responsible for CRO implementation, including UX/UI changes, landing pages split testing etc.
* Customer cohort analysis and enhancement of customer’s subscription journey.
* Responsible for CR, customer journey, CAC/LTV, CAC/AOV optimisation and reporting on above metrics, as well as NCPA, NC-ROAS on a weekly basis, along with being responsible for course correct suggestions and implementation.
* Work with developers to improve website speed and bug fixes.
* Work with marketing or manage digital marketers in order to improve CAC.
* Modelling and predicting front-loaded CAC payback on new and upcoming customer cohorts, depending on the projected marketing spend.
* Responsible for cohort breakdown and LTV drivers’ analysis and optimisation.
* Stay up to date with the market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
* Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates, email marketing and social media.
* Design or oversee all branded content including graphic designs for landing pages, online and printed banners, as well as other branded materials.
* Develop and optimise content calendar, quarterly promotions and landing pages development to increase topline revenue.
About you
A self-starter who enjoys creating and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
Bachelors’ degree in Digital Marketing or related field (optional).
Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
Confidence developing and overseeing eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies across all lifecycle marketing channels for topline revenue growth.
Strong understanding of UX/UI, web design and customer journey.
You have a thorough understanding of branding and digital marketing channels. Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and understanding of brand ecosystem creation, maintenance and expansion principles. Strong understanding of unit economics (customer cohort profitability, breakeven points etc).
Meticulous attention to detail. You have zero tolerance for typos, and can spot any grammar, syntax or formatting inconsistencies in any text. You have an eye for colour contrast, aesthetic details, and can manage subcontractors/agencies by providing guidelines on visual inputs. Strong skills in graphic design.
Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.
Knowledge of website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
