What you'll do:
* Develop creative ideas from brief through to execution
* Turn cultural insight into work across sport, entertainment and lifestyle
* Build and present creative responses to briefs
* Collaborate with strategy, design and production
* Help guide and support junior creatives
What you'll bring:
* A strong portfolio of ideas and execution
* Experience owning ideas and leading creative development from brief to execution
* An educated eye for design and art direction and what good work looks like
* The ability to sell and communicate your ideas with belief
* A deep rooted passion for creativity and making
* Ability to work on projects independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team
* A sharp instinct for what’s happening in culture
