Job Title: General Sonographer – Weekend Shifts
Location: Derbyshire
Working Pattern: Saturday and Sunday (weekday induction required)

Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced General Sonographers to join a well-regarded NHS service in Derbyshire for weekend shifts. Following a weekday induction, you will provide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services across a varied caseload, helping maintain patient care and service delivery over the weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform a wide range of general ultrasound examinations to a high standard.

* Accurately report findings and make appropriate referrals when necessary.

* Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety throughout all examinations.

* Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of weekend ultrasound services.

Requirements:

* HCPC registration.

* Minimum of 6 months' NHS experience (applications without this will be automatically rejected).

* Proven competency in general sonography.

* Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.

* Strong communication and patient-care skills.
