We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our friendly, well established, and forward thinking practice in the semi rural area of Bengeworth, Evesham. This role is ideal for a GP who values excellent patient care, teamwork and professional development within a supportive environment.
Main duties of the job
You will:
* Undertake general GP duties including consultations, duty doctor cover, and home visits
* Consider physical, psychological, and social factors when assessing patients
* Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS templates and standardised coding
* Meet requirements of the GMS Contract, QOF and enhanced services
* Request and interpret investigations and manage patient treatment plans
* Prescribe and administer appropriate treatments and vaccinations
* Refer patients appropriately and promptly in line with practice procedures
* Participate in health promotion and population health initiatives
* Complete clinical administration and support clinical audit activities
* Communicate effectively with patients, carers, colleagues, and external partners
* Uphold confidentiality and work within governance frameworks
* Attend practice meetings and contribute to service development
* Maintain CPD, appraisal, and revalidation requirements
Perform additional duties as required within your professional competence

DeMontfort Medical Centre serves a population of approximately 8,500 patients from purpose built premises recently extended to enhance clinical space and staff facilities. The surgery is within walking distance of the town centre and has ample onsite parking.

Job Purpose
As a Salaried GP, you will provide high quality primary and continuing medical care in line with the GMS contract, ICB requirements, and practice standards. You will contribute as an effective and collaborative member of the multidisciplinary team, delivering safe and compassionate care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
As part of your role, you will:
* Undertake routine GP duties including consultations, duty doctor cover and home visits
