We’re on the lookout for a Document Controller to join our team. This is a vital support role within our growing team, helping to keep high-profile projects running smoothly and ensuring that critical information reaches the right people at the right time. The role You’ll take ownership of managing digital documentation across multiple projects — from uploading and quality checking to distribution and compliance. You’ll work closely with our project teams, ensuring our information flow is accurate, efficient and aligned with client and industry requirements. Daily responsibilities include: – Managing document workflows via platforms such as VfP, Asite and SharePoint – Uploading, organising and distributing project information – Supporting architectural teams with document control processes – Quality checking drawings and reports – Assisting with digital filing and audits in line with ISO standards What we’re looking for – Highly organised, methodical and reliable – Calm under pressure and confident managing deadlines – Collaborative, helpful and clear in communication – Experienced in document control (architecture or construction industry a plus) – Knowledge of VfP, Asite and SharePoint is an advantage – Awareness of ISO standards and digital audit processes A formal degree isn’t required — but experience in document control or qualifications in information management, business admin or related areas will be helpful.
