Your new role As an Income Management Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all housing income matters within the organisation. You'll manage a portfolio of rent and service charge accounts, ensuring income is optimised and arrears are maintained within agreed targets. This temporary position is for a 3-month period, with the potential for an extension. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel required for conferences or training sessions.
