Responsibilities
1. Plan and implement activities that delight residents.
2. Assist the Home Manager in organising fundraising events.
3. Encourage residents to socialise and participate in activities based on their hobbies.
4. Engage with the care team to promote a caring environment.
Candidate Requirements
1. Experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in activity programme development.
2. Positive energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Strong planning, organisational, and IT skills.
4. Considerate and kind communication style.
5. Ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and report concerns appropriately.
