We are looking for a highly organised and analytical Data Manager to join our team across Lift New Rickstones and Lift Maltings, both based in Witham, Essex.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage data systems across both academies. You will take responsibility for key data processes and reporting, working closely with senior leaders and central teams to drive improvements in student outcomes, attendance, behaviour, and school performance.
About the Academies
Lift New Rickstones
Lift New Rickstones is graded ‘Good’ (November 2023) and has a state of the art building offering facilities for both students and staff. The academy has seen a significant increase in student numbers over the last 10 years. It is oversubscribed with a new building addition to meet demand. Development is a priority with an extensive CPD programme.
Lift Maltings
Lift Maltings is an 11-16 academy based in Witham, Essex, with around 900 students. The building was constructed in 2011. There are good transport links to London and free on-site car parking.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm. You will typically be based at one academy in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
