• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters with confidence and technical competence
• Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships
• Contribute to business development initiatives and departmental planning
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to share insights and best practices
• Work independently while supporting and mentoring junior team members
  

• A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of private client issues
• A proactive, client-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• A genuine interest in business development and team collaboration
