Marketing Officer Location: Antrim (Hybrid) Contract: Full-Time, 12-Month Maternity Cover Salary: £28,000 Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with an early finish on Friday About the Role We are delighted to be partnering with a valued client to recruit a Marketing Officer to cover a 12-month maternity contract. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Officer will play a key role in delivering the organisation’s marketing strategy and supporting a broad range of promotional activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing and communications disciplines and how these integrate to deliver effective, results-driven lead generation campaigns. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of day-to-day marketing projects and operational activity, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and aligned with wider commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the planning and delivery of targeted marketing campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads. Create, edit and refine engaging content for both internal and external communications. Maintain and update the organisation’s website, using analytics and performance data to measure impact and optimise activity. Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, graphics and other promotional collateral. Work collaboratively with external agency partners to develop campaigns, creative concepts and visual assets. Generate innovative ideas to support targeted marketing initiatives and commercial growth. Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are relevant, audience-focused and aligned with business priorities. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and platforms. Manage and enhance the organisation’s website and organic social media presence through engaging and up-to-date content. Provide marketing support for internal and external events. Coordinate media and stakeholder engagement in partnership with a PR agency, including exhibitions, events, sales initiatives, corporate announcements, sponsorship activity and corporate social responsibility programmes. Promote a positive and collaborative team culture across the marketing function and wider organisation. Undertake any additional duties as required by the Marketing Manager. What We’re Looking For: Either a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing role OR at least 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing environment Experience producing creative artwork using design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) Strong digital capability, including experience with CMS platforms and social media content creation Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality work to deadlines and budget Full current UK driving licence and willingness to attend marketing events outside core working hours What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £28,000 (employed directly by the organisation) Enhanced pension scheme Private medical insurance Life assurance Employee Assistance Programme Free on-site parking Ongoing development and training support Potential opportunity for a permanent position within a growing organisation Right to Work in the UK Please note, this employer is unable to offer sponsorship.
