Mechanical Fitter Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire Rate: £19ph (Umbrella) Contract Length: 2 Months initially Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter who will be comfortable in assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and machinery. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and fit mechanical components and systems according to specifications. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in machinery. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machinery performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Required Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Experience with tools and machinery relevant to mechanical fitting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.
