Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive support to financial advisers and paraplanners.
2. Maintain accurate data in the back office system.
3. Facilitate efficient management of client pipelines and portfolios.
4. Ensure seamless operations within the advisory process.
Requirements:
5. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computing skills.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing workload.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen focus on building and maintaining relationships.

20. Maintain a thorough understanding of FCA regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to legislative standards and treating customers fairly principles.
