You’ll lead a small team, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive performance and represent our brand with pride.You'll be responsible for:Leading by example on the shop floor to drive sales and KPIsProviding coaching and development to your team to deliver five-star serviceEnsuring effective visual merchandising and stock replenishmentBuilding strong relationships with Fenwick colleagues and managementManaging rotas, holiday planning, and store operations in line with company expectationsAbout YouYou’ll bring proven retail leadership experience, ideally within a fashion, footwear or accessories environment, and have the ability to inspire and motivate a team.We’re looking for someone who is:Commercially astute with a focus on resultsPassionate about styling and luxury customer serviceAn excellent communicator and team playerOrganised and proactive, with great attention to detailConfident in using store systems and analysing performanceDue to the high volume of applications, we regret that we will only be able to contact successful candidates within two weeks.
